Which one do you need

Each one answers a different question. The $299 report is the record — a dated, cited document that says where your vendors sit and who controls them. The Stack Jurisdiction Review is the answer — we take the specific question you are about to file an answer to, and check that the answer holds against each vendor’s actual binding agreement rather than the document that comes up first. The Concierge audit is judgment — a person applying the findings to your actual contracts, data flows and commitments, which no document substitutes for.

If you only ever buy one thing from us, buy the one that answers your real question. We would rather you bought nothing than bought the wrong one.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Nothing on this page requires one. For the $299 report you give an email address for delivery and pay through Stripe, by card or with Link; there is no Vannus account — forcing a signup for a one-time purchase costs you time and buys us nothing.

What if one of my tools is not in your catalog?

Before you pay for the $299 report, the order page tells you if it could not match a tool you listed to the catalog. Unmatched tools are not assessed, and the price does not change on that basis. Tell us and we will research them. The Stack Jurisdiction Review works from your own list, not our catalog.

Can I get a refund?

The report is generated immediately, so it is non-refundable once produced. That is not a disclaimer of accuracy: if it contains a factual error about a vendor, we correct the record and reissue the report at no charge. Full terms in the Terms of Service, §12.12–12.14.

Can a vendor pay you for a better entry?

No vendor can pay for a favorable finding, a rank, or a place in the catalog. Some links on the site are affiliate links and are disclosed as such; the modules listed in the neutrality attestation cannot import the affiliate code, and a test fails the build if they ever could. If you think a determination of ours is wrong, there is a corrections process — free, and no lawyer required.

Are prices in USD?

Yes, and exclusive of any tax your jurisdiction requires.
